With Shopping Center Veturi's gift card you can present someone with the largest selection of fashion, beauty, everyday necessities, entertainment, and delicacies in the whole of Southeast Finland. One gift card allows you to choose from almost 70 different stores and restaurants, see the list. Give a present that matches its recipient!

Where can you buy gift cards
You can buy gift cards from the vending machine located in the shopping center or from the online store. The vending machine is located near the entrance hall of K-Citymarket, on the left side of the moving walkway opposite the Sinelli store. You can buy 1–10 gift cards at a time and their worth can range between 10–250 euros. The validity period of the gift card (12 months) begins from the moment of its purchase. You get the gift card with you straight from the vending machine and the card is immediately ready for use.

When you buy a gift card from the online store, the recipient of the gift card will receive a code by email which can then be used to redeem the gift card from the shopping center's vending machine.

Buying a gift card
You can set the desired gift card sum between 10–250 euros. The gift card can be paid with the most common debit and credit cards (DinersClub and American Express cards are not accepted as payment methods). A gift card cannot be paid with cash. You will receive a receipt that states Shopping Center Veturi's ‘Yrittäjäyhdistys ry' as the payee, whether you buy the card from the online store or the vending machine. Nets is responsible for payment transactions.

You can buy 1–10 gift cards of the same value at a time. You can check the cards' balance and expiration date at the vending machines, via the above mentioned balance link, or via the QR code found on the gift card. You can check the payment transactions with the QR code and the balance link.

Validity and use
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase and it can be used in Shopping Center Veturi's stores. At the bottom of the page you will find a list of stores that will accept the gift card. The gift card's balance can be used all at once or in smaller amounts. The stores may have their own restrictions regarding the use of the gift card, so please always check these store-specif restrictions. The stores have each their own return policies. The gift card can only be used in Veturi's permanent stores, not in pop-up stores.

Due to the stores' different payment terminal solutions, not all the shopping center's stores can be registered to accept the shopping center's gift card.

You can use the card for your purchases according to the remaining balance on the card. If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the card's balance, the excess amount must be paid with other payment methods (cash, another payment card, another gift card). If there is money left on the gift card, it cannot be redeemed in cash, but the gift card can be used several times until its expiration date.

Due to the differences in payment terminal systems, our stores are not able to check the balance of the gift card, but the customer must check the balance by themselves. If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the gift card's balance, you can pay the excess amount with other payment methods (cash, another payment card, another gift card).

If the gift card does not work
The most common cause of the problems regarding the use of the card is that the amount of purchases exceeds the gift card's balance. Check the gift card's balance with the QR code found on the card or here.If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the balance of the gift card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method. Therefore, please make sure to check the balance of the gift card before using it.

Product exchange and return situations
The store's own exchange and return policies are applied in case of product exchange and return situations. Any remaining balance on the gift card will not be refunded after the validity period ends. A lost, stolen or expired gift card will not be refunded. A gift card cannot be changed into cash.
