Info Desk
The information desk (Infopiste) is located at K-Citymarket's customer service point on the 1st floor of the shopping centre.
Phone: 0105388900 (call price 8.35 cents/call + 12.09 cents/min incl. VAT).

The information desk is open weekdays from 8:00am to 9:00pm, on Saturdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm and on Sundays from 10:00am to 8:00pm. The information desk is not a telephone switchboard, rather any inquiries regarding the products and services of the shops must be directed directly to the shops.

Lost and found 
Lost and found items are stored at the information desk for one week. After this, you can inquire about lost and found items from the Finnish Lost and Found Service (Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu).

Wireless Internet connection
Veturi's wireless Internet connection is free of charge and accessible both in corridors and lounges (VeturiOpenWLAN). 

Charging point
Kymenlaakson Sähkö Oy's "Wattipiste" charging point is located on the 2nd floor of Veturi, near Pikku Veturi.

In addition, mobile phone charging points can be found in the lounge areas on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre.

K-citymarket and K-Rauta also have customer restrooms 

Otto ATMs
There is a TalletusOtto ATM (allowing for deposits) by the entrance to K-Citymarket under the escalator. In addition, there is an Otto ATM behind Jungle Juice Bar at the main entrance.

Postal services
The SmartPost parcel dispense and letterbox are located after the K-Citymarket checkout lines, at the end of the shopping centre on the Kuutostie side (A-wing)

Storage Lockers
There are paid storage compartments at the entrance to K-Citymarket by the escalator and at the end of the shopping centre nearest to K-Rauta.

Defibrillator
The defibrillator is located near the main entrance on the wall between Jungle Juice Bar and the Otto ATM.
